Looking more like Hitler every day.
It’s the 4th of July, 2019. His highness has re-allocated $2.5 million dollars (diverted is more like it) to fund a 4th of July “extravaganza” which mainly is in recognition of himself.
No doubt, he is taking parts from his friends, “Vlad” and “Kim”, to put together the facade of “military might” and have marching troops, big equipment on show, and the whole 9 yards of what any aspiring dictator would do.
Let’s just hope that his total cholesterol is actually around 500, and that his blood has enough sticky floaties in it that one morning we’ll wake up to the news that “the dear leader has fallen”. That’s a fantasy, of course.
The guy is in “excellent health” despite eating steak with catchup, probably every damned day… According to his lying personal physician. Why not lie? Of course we all know the answer to that question… The money is too good. Ask Michael why people have lied their pants off…
I think that a lot of us are starting to believe that nothing is going to change back to our old normal, where we had normal divisions without the total craziness that has overtaken the world – the extremism is multiplying and dividing – plus some of us are getting older – and we are all becoming a population of traumatic stress victims.
It’s not just my age. I checked. And then there are people that I thought were smart people who have become those who simply do not think like I do, I guess – we used to be able to bridge our differences, but it’s now become one of mud-slinging that unfortunately, I got caught-up in and now, it seems, that relationships are in jeopardy.
And then there is the seething anger everywhere -erupting into violence. It’s not a good thing for the prospect of our future. The suppression of anything that protects the planet is totally in place – and so many are living in a reality that they do not see what is happening around them – little by little pressing on the accelerator. I really will have to begin conversations with my grandchild soon – if my son ever lets me be with him alone, that is. What’s up with that? I guess he thinks that I have grown incompetent or something.
And now, it seems that every day we hear about something that makes us question the people who were supposedly service providers – in health care (that’s a misnomer). We just do not have any sort of true guards – everything is questioned now, because people did some very corruptible things in order to get their way and pad their pockets we have since learned.
I guess that it starts becoming not such a beautiful world after all. Of course, there are places and pockets where there is still beauty – but even there, the threats of destruction have crept in – attack of the innocents – whether it is the capital investment of people from certain countries, or the immigration of violence from countries who supposedly were not exporting criminal violent actors…
It is a brave new world – but really, it is more that you have to be brave to continue on in this world.
