It’s hard yards – we are very much adopting to our new-normal. Mainly mentally, this is something to adjust to and get our minds wrapped around.
We are lucky. Broken hearts, broken lives are happening all around us – job losses – people losses above everything else.
What happens over the next several weeks is going to tell us how we have to cope from now on. In the meantime, the economy is tanking – the new realities are setting in. Everyone is scrambling for their Plans B, C, D, E, F, and G.
We source for work. We source for food. We source for everything, including toilet paper – interesting that loo roll is still burned into people’s brains as the “hot commodity” – perhaps it will be our next currency? We are continuing to put one foot in front of the other. The days blend into one another. All look the same.
